I was fortunate enough to have them help me find a new home and then list my current home. I had a few glitches during the buying of my new home, but Dan was always very positive and helped to negotiate with the seller and mortgage company. We used Dan Bush to buy our first house. We were very nervous about the process and had to see a lot of houses before we could decide. Dan was never pushy (as so many other real estate agents are), and was very patient with us, even as we changed neighborhoods and budgets.
