Dan and Jessica make an excellent team! They are very friendly and listen to the needs of both a buyer and a seller. I was fortunate enough to have them help me find a new home and then list my current home. Jessica was very helpful in helping me stage my home, while Dan was helping me with all of the necessary paperwork. With their advertising strategies, we had multiple offers, above asking price, within 24 hours. I had a few glitches during the buying of my new home, but Dan was always very positive and helped to negotiate with the seller and mortgage company. I am forever grateful for all of the patience of this real estate team!
